Hi!! It's been awhile since I've done a post so I thought I'd jump on here & do a quick one tonight. Summer is just flying by ~ school starts in a month already!! I just can't believe it!
I've been busy working on my bedroom redo. I'm happy to report that it's almost finished. I've just got to finish hanging the stuff back on the wall (need the hubby to help me make some crows for one wall too) & I'll be done! I must say I'm lovinin it already! I was going to paint it tan but when I went to the store I found some mistinted off white paint for $7.50 (& since I'm a cheap-skate) I bought it instead. I'm really glad I did ~ I think it turned out nice.

The hubby & me went to a few yard sales on Saturday. The only thing I found was a set of pictures for the bedroom for $5 for the pair! I was so excited! I was looking online the other night for the same "style" of prints but couldn't afford any! The hubby thinks they are creepy but I like them so that's all that really matters, right?!? lol
I just LOVE them!! I'm betting they were expensive when they were new because the back is all covered in paper & the frames are pretty nice.
Other than the bedroom redo we haven't done anything too exciting. It's been EXTREMELY hot here & our little pool has taken a turn for the worse ~ all week it was green & I can't get it back to being clear enough to even get in it. Plus the ring around the top seems to have a little hole because it keeps trying to deflate on us. :( I'm very disappointed. I think we might just say forget it & get rid of it. I hate to empty it out & refill it (we have city water that is already outrageous!) just for it to be green again in a day or so. I don't know. Thank goodness we have central air. I would kiss the person who invited it if I could!! lol
